ROSEMARY PEARLS

Small Box (4 pieces) with your choice of dark, milk, white or assorted rosemary chocolate pearls.

A pearlescent chocolate shell filled with my Italian inspired rosemary fondante. Rosemary is one of the heathiest herbs that is thought to be a            symbol of longevity in Italy. I read an article on a city in Italy where people lived long active lives and doctor's contributed their long live's to the fact that the villagers ate rosemary everyday.  This story inspired me to add Rosemary to my chocolate fondante and aside from being delicious it is quite nutritious!  I personally recommend eatting one ounce a day; which is equivilent to one chocolate pearl.
